Quality Management:
  • Maintain and Improve the organization’s quality management system.
  • Establish and communicate quality standards, policies, and procedures within the organization.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to monitor compliance with quality standards.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Customer Focus:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer quality concerns.
  • Work closely with customers to address quality-related issues and provide solutions.
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements accordingly.
Team Leadership:
  • Lead, train, and motivate the QA team, providing guidance and support.
  • Foster a culture of quality and accountability within the dept.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality goals are met
Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of quality-related data, including inspection reports and non-conformity reports.
  • Generate regular quality reports for management and customers.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and certifications.
Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.
  • Drive improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
Supplier and Vendor Management:
  • Evaluate and select suppliers and vendors based on quality criteria.
  • Monitor supplier performance and initiate corrective actions when necessary.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in quality assurance, quality management
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing quality assurance programs for various industrial sectors
  • Strong knowledge of quality standards, processes, and methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Proficiency in quality management tools and methodologies
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent project management skills

LOCATION

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and identify potential clients within the sheet metal fabrication industry.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through market research, cold calls, networking, and other lead-generation activities.
  • Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand clients’ requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure new business.
  • Build and nurture long-lasting client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of at least 3 years in B2B sales, preferably in sheet metal fabrication or a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes and materials is desired, but not critical.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
