Job Description:As a Senior Content Strategist at Wesgar, you’ll shape our brand’s voice and messaging, leading content strategy to support business goals, enhance brand reputation, and engage our audience. The ideal candidate is a skilled storyteller with expertise in B2B content, SEO, and social media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with Wesgar’s business objectives, target audiences, and marketing goals.
- Oversee the creation of compelling, SEO-optimized content for various platforms, including web pages, blogs, social media, case studies, and technical documentation.
- Plan, create, and manage email campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and support marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to produce thought leadership content that showcases our expertise and differentiates our services.
- Manage social media strategy, including content creation, scheduling, engagement, and performance tracking across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize content for search engines, improve organic reach, and refine strategies based on campaign performance.
- Ensure all content aligns with Wesgar’s brand voice, style guidelines, and industry standards while meeting deadlines and approval processes.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 8+ years in content strategy, writing, or marketing, preferably in B2B.
- Proven success in creating and executing content strategies.
- Familiar with SEO best practices and tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush).
- Comfortable with basic photo editing and brochure/layout development
- Experienced in managing social media accounts and content.
Skills & Competencies:
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Proficient in CMS platforms like WordPress.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Skilled in analyzing campaign data.
- Effective collaborator and relationship manager.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient in marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) email marketing, and social media .
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and industry challenges is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
- ERP Utilization
- Leverage ERP systems to manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and maintain clear visibility of inventory data.
- Collaborate closely with production, finance, and logistics to ensure alignment on order status, lead times, and material availability.
- Timely Procurement & Follow-Up
- Place orders to meet short lead times and expedite deliveries when necessary.
- Monitor open orders, address delays or shortages, and maintain optimal stock levels.
- Supplier & Vendor Management
- Identify and evaluate suppliers capable of meeting HMLV requirements.
- Negotiate pricing and service terms to secure favourable agreements.
- Foster strong, long-term relationships and resolve any performance or quality issues.
- Production Scheduling Alignment
- Collaborate with production teams to anticipate spikes, pull-ins, and other rapid scheduling shifts.
- Adjust procurement plans to maintain a seamless flow of materials and components.
- Team Management
- Lead a team of purchasing professionals, setting clear goals and performance metrics.
- Delegate tasks effectively and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Cost Control & Reporting
- Track and report on procurement metrics (e.g., on-time delivery, cost savings, supplier performance).
- Identify opportunities to reduce costs and increase efficiency without compromising quality.
- Compliance & Best Practices
- Ensure all procurement processes align with company policies, budget constraints, and legal requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends to integrate best practices into sourcing strategies.
Experience
- 7+ years of progressive purchasing experience with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role
- Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, high-mix/low-volume manufacturing or similar environment.
Technical Skills
- Mandatory: Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and analysis.

Salary $70,000-$80,000 per year
