Production workers…we don’t know what team. Evaluate skills and show them around. And determine best fit.
On the job training…first day, a safety orientation—a few hours. Taken to work centre coordinator. Day to day training—usually short. Assess skills…always post vacancies in house. If employees want to move around, interview them and see if they are suitable—rotate to different departmnet. Offer EAP.

No moving shifts…sign contracts to say we can rotate shifts. Some departments can manage it.
