Discovery Phase
Wesgar reviews the requirements of our customers supply chain. This follows with;

• Wesgar plant tour
• Diagnostic Team to tour Customer facility
• Review the products
• Understand the order system
• Review shipping requirements
• Discuss focus for legacy or new product parts
• Determine Continuous Improvement & Lean opportunities for products identified
• Wesgar provides representative pricing on sample parts

Pre-Production Phase
Wesgar uses this phase to identify and eliminate all factors which may impede the seamless transition of production components prior to full integration and production. This is typically the ramp-up phase.

Production Phase
Focus at this stage is the manufacturing and delivery of component parts meeting or exceeding customer metrics. Wesgar, after a representative production period, presents specific Continuous Improvement opportunities.

Key Supplier Partnership
Wesgar believes that only through entering into multi-year Key Supplier Partnerships, with all of our key customers, can we best understand the needs of our customers, and provide them with the most favorable manufacturing solutions. This partnership clearly establishes the metric obligations for each party.

Lean Manufacturing
Wesgar works with our customers to lean out the manufacturing process to its greatest extent, thereby reducing waste and total part costs for its customers. This is a joint focus by both Wesgar and the customer.
