Wesgar is committed to reducing total cost of ownership for our customers. Our Continuous Improvement team works with our customers to determine where focused resources will leverage the greatest payback over the shortest time possible. Wesgar examines items such as material specification, product design, level of inspection, inventory reduction, order methods and packaging requirements. All initiatives must be approved by the customer and will not compromise the form, fit and function of the part.
