We specialize in working with steel, aluminum and stainless to thicknesses of up to 1/4" Our manufacturing capabilities include CNC turret punching, CNC forming, stamping, graining/deburring, hardware insertion, MIG, TIG, seam and spot welding, dressing/grinding. Our finishing capabilities include chromating, powder coating and screenprinting. Quality services include First Article Inspections, Production Part Approval Process, In-Process Inspection, and Certificates of Conformance using state of the art CMM equipment. Our 5,000 sq ft assembly cell has the capability to perform simple to mid-complex mechanical and electrical assemblies. We support customer operations in the United States, Mexico and Canada.
